error executing request: No module named 'extpar.WrapExtpar'

Dear all,

yesterday I sent a request via the WebPEP Tool with the following parameters

{    "oro": "GLOBE",    "landuse": "GLC2000",    "soil": "FAO-DSMW",    "aot": "NASA/GISS",    "albedo": "MODIS dry & sat",    "orofilter": false,    "sgsl": false,    "urban": false,    "origin_lon": 18,    "origin_lat": 50.75,    "dlon": 0.11,    "dlat": 0.11,    "nlon": 448,    "nlat": 496,    "startlon": -29.805,    "startlat": -24.805,    "class_name": "ExtParClient",    "function": {        "func_name": "generate_and_upload_files"    } }

I got the response:

error executing request: No module named 'extpar.WrapExtpar'

I guess it is not a problem with the parameters but how to solve this issue?

With best regards, Sven

<p> hi <a class="badge user-badge rounded-pill text-decoration-none bg-light text-black" data-mention-id="526" href="https://www.clm-community.eu/members/591" title="Sven Karsten"> @Sven Karsten </a> ! sorry, you are right, this is not an issue of your parameters. The WebPEP consumer was down and I informed the DKRZ about it. In the meantime I logged into Levante and processed the outstanding requests. Apparently I processed them from the wrong folder which is why you get this response. Would you mind to resubmit the request? You can do this by clicking <i> Duplicate and edit this request </i> on the page where you got the above-mentioned response (maybe <a href="https://www.clm-community.eu/webpep/webpep_xMFeOHZf" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> https://www.clm-community.eu/webpep/webpep_xMFeOHZf </a> (?)). You should then get the result within a couple of minutes. </p> <p> </p> <p> As a side note: Unfortunately the WebPEP-consumer at the DKRZ looses the connection the <a href="/http:dell.philipp/www.clm-community.eu"> www.clm-community.eu </a> approximately every second day and needs to be restarted. I am monitoring this but indeed yesterday I forgot to ask the DKRZ to restart the process. I do not yet know why this happes and did not yet find the time to dig deeper into this. So in case you are waiting for more than 10 minutes for a response or the preview function at <a href="https://www.clm-community.eu/webpep/webpep" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> https://www.clm-community.eu/webpep/webpep </a> does not give any results, please let me know. </p>
